New Holland Range Of Tough Utility Tractors Come Biodiesel Ready 21/02/2008

The new range of utility tractors released by New Holland are made for endurance and come equipped with heavy loading attachments. The new 70 to 96 PTO-hp T5000 series tractors will be powered with loader attachments that will handle larger, heavier implements for tough hay conditions, and even tougher roadside mowing applications. The four cylinder engines are powerful but surprisingly quiet and provide enough torque for heavy duty loader work, operating hay tools, bat-wing mowers, feed wagons and mixers. The quieter engines are due to the reduction in RPM from 2500 to 2300 which also helps extend engine life. brbr
The new tractor engines are also pre-approved for the B100 biodiesel fuel which meets ASTM 6751 standards. The rear axle has been upgraded to hold more than 1,700 pounds more than most utility tractors, with a capacity of 10,145 pounds. The new series also offer a 25mph transmission which means faster road speeds for other tractors in this range.
